We offer free delivery to Rosenberg and Richmond if you live within the 77469 zip code. Delivery fees will apply for areas farther out. Remember prices do not include sales tax.

We service any city that is within 20 miles of the Richmond/Rosenberg area.

Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. We will confirm the delivery window at least 24 hours before the rental time.

No. The jump should be clean when you get it. PlayTime Party Rentals cleans and disinfects after every rental.

Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That’s why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.

Cash or Credit Cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.

Please contact us as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable, however, we can issue rainchecks and apply them towards future reservations.

Yes all orders require a 25% Credit Card deposit. If you need to cancel your reservation prior to your rental you will be given a rain check that is good for 1 year.

We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), and concrete. Sorry, we can’t set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps.

Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc. which can cost thousands of dollars. We don’t want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.

You have several options if the weather is bad:

1. “Play it by ear” – You can cancel your reservation at any time until 8am on the date of your scheduled delivery with no penalty. If you let us know before the cutoff time, we can reschedule your reservation for any future date of your choice. We cannot guarantee the availability of the exact inflatable that you reserved. Our recommendation is that you reschedule at least two weeks ahead of your intended date.

2. Proactively cancel the reservation – If you do not feel comfortable with the forecast, you can cancel at anytime. Any deposits paid will be retained on your account in the form of a raincheck. Raincheck credits can be be applied at any time, however, we cannot guarantee the availability of the original inflatable that you reserved. If you paid in full, we will refund the other 50% back to your original method of payment.

3. Proactively reschedule the reservation – You can reschedule your reservation at any time prior to delivery. Simply let us know the alternate date and time and we will make the change if the original inflatables are available. If they are not available, we will provide you with a list of alternative inflatables and/or dates.

4. What happens if it rains after delivery? – Unfortunately, after delivery has occured we are not able to make any concessions for weather or non-use. If the inflatable is not reserved the following day and our schedule permits, we will leave the inflatable for an additional day to allow for use. However, we cannot guarantee this as an option.
